​How Do I Place An Order?​

We've made it simple for you to purchase your SLiCK DRiP products. Choose a product you want to add to your cart. Select the product. Then select the quantity, size, & color, then click "Add to Cart." When you're ready to checkout, simply input your payment, billing, & shipping information before placing your order. 



 

Shipping Options

We ship to all 50 states including international shipping. International customers as well as orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery, if applicable, and are not eligible for 2-Day or Standard Overnight shipping. Please note shipping may also require additional shipping time.

All transactions are 100% protected & your credit card information is secured! We do not obtain any credit/debit card information. We accept most major credit, debit, and prepaid cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, & Discover. We also accept Paypal. 



 

Returns & Refunds

To return a product, contact the client services team at slickproductionz508@gmail.com with the name, delivery address and order # from your purchase. You will be emailed a return shipping label. For authorized returns, adhere the USPS or UPS return label, sent to you, onto your return package, and return your package via an authorized location, drop-off point, or scheduled pick up. Please do not combine returns from multiple orders in the same return shipment, as this will delay the processing of your return.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, SLiCK DRiP reserves the right to deny the return if the products do not meet policy requirements. SLiCK DRiP accepts returns on domestic US web orders within 30 days from the delivery date. All slickdrip.net returns must be returned by sending back directly to our warehouse. 

Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days for the value of the returned products. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

We ask that you return your original order following the return instructions listed above, and place a new order online for the replacement item. 

 

International Returns

International purchases are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
